ISLAMABAD (Online) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri may return to Pakistan before 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
Sources told Online that Dr Tahirul Qadri will soon convene a meeting of his party leaders for consultation. The PAT leaders have started contacts with Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf, Jamaat-e Islami, PML-Q, Sunni Ittehad Council and other political parties on the directions of their chief, the sources added.
PAT spokesman Noor Ullah Saddiqui said that if government tried to arrest their chief and his associates then there would be dire consequences.
He said strict action be taken against those involved in Model Town incident.
