MUMBAI – Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and former wife Sussanne Khan called off their marriage of fourteen years of marriage in 2014 shocking fans and audiences. However, the two remain friendly with each other and are often spotted vacationing together with their two sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan.
Time and again their public appearances have brewed rumors about them getting back together. And it appears that Sussanne’s father, veteran actor Sanjay Khan wants them to reconcile as well.
In a recent conversation with the Hindustan Times, Sanjay, who recently also released his autobiography titled The Best Mistakes of My Life, said on the matter, “Divorce is a very heartbreaking exercise. I have never asked my daughter [Sussanne] the reason for her parting.
He further added,” I love Hrithik still and I love my daughter. They must have their reasons. Fine. But the good part is, they’re still very good friends. And the children don’t feel the negative impact of their separation because of the combined efforts of both to keep it working. They holiday together, they take care of the children from time to time, babysitting and stuff.”
He continued that he doesn’t like when people tell him that Koe Mil Gaya starlet is no longer his son-in-law.
“When people say that Hrithik is no longer my son-in-law, I say I have a relationship with him: he is the father of my grandchildren, and that can never be erased! So, I still hope they get back together”.
