KARACHI – Prime Minister Imran Khan Sunday reiterated his resolve to steer the country out of the difficult times and maintained that the country was not deficient in anything, the only thing; it needed to be an investor-friendly environment.
He said the government had fully focused on bridging the gap between imports and exports and assured that there would be no difficulty in running a business.
The premier was talking to delegations of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and prominent businessmen in Karachi, PM Office media wing in a press release said.

He told the delegation that he had come to listen to their issues and find an immediate solution. The unemployment issue could be overcome by imparting skills to the youth, he added.
He said the government wanted uniform development of the whole country and eradication of poverty. Pakistan would progress when the environment for business and investment was conducive, he added.
The prime minister also expressed the resolve to root out corruption. The delegation presented different suggestions and apprised him about their issues, over which the Prime Minister issued prompt directions.
