ISLAMBAD – Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor on Friday (yesterday) night trolled Indian cricket team for wearing army caps in third One Day International (ODI) against Australia.
From his personal account, Ghafoor praised Pakistan-born Australian batsman Usman Khawaja as he wrote: “Well played #UsmanKhuaja.”
Here is the tweet:

The director general tweeted it after Indian cricket team wore military caps, mixing politics with sports once again and violating the ICC code of conduct. The Indian cricket team wore the caps in context of recent tensions with Pakistan during which India violated Pakistani airspace on February 26 and in retaliation Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down two Indian fighting jets and captured one pilot, Abhinandan.
