ISLAMABAD (Staff report) – Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov arrives in Islamabad today (Monday) on a three-day official visit.
This is the first ever visit by a Belarus Prime Minister to Pakistan, in response to PM Nawaz Sharif’s maiden visit to Belarus.
A top level delegation will also be accompanying him in Pakistan.
During the visit, Prime Minister Kobyakov will hold official talks with Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. The two sides will discuss bilateral relations, regional situation and international issues.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will host a lunch while President Mamnoon Hussain will also host a banquet in honour of the visiting Prime Minister.
Several important agreements and MoUs are expected to be signed between Pakistan and Belarus during the visit.
