NANKANA SAHIB (Staff Report) – Nine people were killed and another fifteen injured when a tanker carrying LPG collided with a car at Manawala road in Nakana Sahib.
A huge blast took place as a result of the collision, which affected other passing by vehicles as well.
According to rescue officials, all of the injured have been shifted to district headquarter hospital where they are being given medical aid. At least five of the injured are said to be in serious condition.
Six children, who were passing by the site at the time of accident, were also among the dead.
