BAJAUR AGENCY – At least one person was killed while four others were left injured in an explosion in Bajaur Agency Friday morning, according to Levies force sources.
The incident took place in Arang tehsil of Bajaur agency. According to the Levies Forces the bomb was placed on a roadside in the area which was detonated through a remote control device targeting a vehicle carrying students to a private school.
The injured persons were taken to District Headquarters Hospital Timergara.
The security forces and political administration officials have cordoned off the area. Investigations have been launched but no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
