SAHIWAL – To take part in national tree plantation campaign, Euro Oil has announced that it would plant as many as 50,000 saplings across the country and would protect them in future.
Announcing the details on Sunday, Euro Oil (Pvt) Ltd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Syed Sohail Ahmed said that plantation drive was not confined to merely government or other organizations but to every individual of the country.
Inaugurating the campaign by planting six saplings alongside senior regional manager Syed Ibrahim Gillani, national sales manager Umer Mehdi, marketing manager Atif Mehmood, and scores of oil dealers and citizens, the CEO highlighted that Euro Oil was not only the best fuel provider in the country but it also participated in social works with great zeal and fervour for the betterment of the society.
“The campaign is the inception of the green and developed Pakistan,” he said while talking to media in Sahiwal and elaborated that the company would plant and help secure 50,000 saplings on roadsides, railway lines and other public places.
He urged the fellow citizens to take part in the drive.
Highlighting the performance of the company, the officer said that over30,000 dealers have been appointed in Sahiwal alone and soon the supply of fuel would start from the Sahiwal as well.
On the occasion, the citizens lavished praise on the company for its price and supply plan, hoping that the firm would not compromise on quality and would bound the fuel stations in this regard as well.
