ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Controversial actress Veena Malik along with her husband and two kids returned to Pakistan after a gap of three years.
According to sources, during her stay in Pakistan, Veena will record a song to pay tribute to valiant soldiers of Pakistan Army. Veena will also visit Army Public School in Peshawar.
Veena left the country last year after being issued a jail term for ‘malicious acts’ of blasphemy. The actor, who has been living with her husband and children in the UAE, disclosed several failed attempts to return to Pakistan due to ‘death threats’.
Veena had married Asad Bashir, who is a Dubai-based businessman in December 2013.
Veena Malik has had her fair share of controversies, ranging from a racy photo shoot to performing in item songs or her relationships with Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel and then Pakistani paceman Muhummad Asif.
