Chinese Foreign Minister arrives in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has arrived in Islamabad on a two-day visit with an eight-member delegation.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet today (Thursday) to Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, local media reported.
As per details, the purpose of an eight-member delegation headed by foreign minister is to finalize the dates of the Chinese President Xi Jinping s visit to Pakistan in March.
According to Foreign Office Spokesperson, Wang Yi will meet Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz and will also hold a delegation level talk with the President and Prime Minister.
During the meetings, the parties will discuss all aspects of bilateral relations, particularly political and economic cooperation. Moreover, Pakistan-China “Year of Friendly Exchanges” will also be launched during the visit.
