RIYADH (Staff Report) – Saudi Arabia’s health ministry is going to recruit nurses from Pakistan and a policy has also been finalised in this regards.
According to the ministry’s official website, the government has decided to fill the posts of para-medical staff lying vacant in its hospitals to appoint nursing staff from different countries. like Pakistan, Egypt and Sudan.
The documents for the female nursing have been dispatched to three countries, for finalising the hiring process.
Pakistan has been given priority among all other countries and maximum nursing staff will be recruited from Pakistan.
The Saudi health ministry has said the nurses will be appointed specially in the hospitals at Jeddah, Makkah, Madina, Hayil, Qassim, Hasa, Asir and southern province of Saudi Arabia. More than 26,000 foreigner nursing staff will be enrolled, it added.
