FC official among two shot dead in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT – Two people, including an FC personnel, were shot dead while two others sustained injuries in separate firing incidents on Tuesday.

Hussain Khan complained police that he and his brother, Amir Ali came under attack by their rivals while heading to Naurang city on a motorcycle.

As a result of the firing, a Frontier Corp personnel Amir Ali died instantly while Hussain managed to escape.

The police said the deceased’s family had a land dispute with killers adding that they had registered a case under sections 302, 324 and 34 of PPC.

In another incident, a man was killed and his brother and cousin were wounded when their rivals sprayed them with bullets in Tajazai village.

Police said Ihsanullah, his brother Inamullah and cousin Samiullah were intercepted by their rivals near a hujra (drawing room).

They said Qadim attacked Ihsanullah with an iron rod while on his directives, his sons Qudratullah and Rehmanullah opened fire on Inamullah and Samiullah.

The skirmish left Inamullah dead while Samiullah was seriously wounded; a case was registered against the killers.
