KARACHI – Legendary cricketer Wasim Akram’s wife Shaniera Akram shut down a troll for criticizing the culture of Pakistan on Monday.
As the troll labeled the guests at designer Deepak Perwani’s Diwali celebration ‘not representative of Pakistani culture’ Shaniera Akram schooled her in a befitting manner.
Pakistan’s senior journalist Fifi Haroon tweeted about Perwani’s Diwali bash and shared how lovely she found Wasim Akram’s wife in first meeting.
However, a troll took aim at the party and termed Wasim, Shaniera Akram, journalist Amna and Feroze Khan as not a representative of the culture of Pakistan.

After the tweet came under Shaniera’s notice, she wrote: One of Pakistan’s biggest designers, A world-renowned cricketer, a dedicated international journalist, a popular budding actor, an amazing PR woman, All Pakistani, All employed, All working for the betterment of our country at their capacity!
