LAHORE – Chief Minister Punjab and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz President Shehbaz Sharif stated on Saturday that Peaceful & prosperous Karachi was central to Pakistan’s progress.
In a tweet posted after the PML-N leader landed in Karachi, Shehbaz expressed that PMLN govt restored peace & the cosmopolitan image of the megacity by eliminating terrorism.

The younger Sharif arrived in Karachi on his single day tour where he will address workers convention.
This is Shehbaz’s first ever tour of Sindh’s capital city, Karachi after being elected as party chief and the younger Sharif met Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair and other office bearers of his party.

The 66-year-old politician will also meet people belonging to different sections of society, especially traders, in his tour to the metropolis, which has become a centre of national politics in recent days.
It is worth mentioning that PML-N’s arch-rival Imran Khan had also visited Karachi to woo the voters as the general elections are drawing closer.
