NICE (Web Desk) – AT least 50 have reportedly been killed after a driver ploughed his vehicle into a gang of people celebrating Bastille Day in France.
According to initial reports, a truck went careering into a lot of revellers partying for the French national day.
Horrific images appeared online showing people lying motionless on the earth, The Sun reported.
The incident occurred in the southerly metropolis of Nice along the French Riviera. , spreading fears of a panic attempt.
Crowds had gathered along the Promenade des Anglais for a firework show when the lorry apparently crashed into them.
One witness told French TV station he had seen a gunman firing into the crowd.
