FAISALABAD – A boy and a girl committed suicide in separate incidents in the district during past 12 hours.
Police spokesman said on Thursday that 20-year-old Waqas, son of Abdul Ghaffar, the resident of chak 248-RB swallowed poisonous pills after quarreling with his family over a domestic matter. He was rushed to the hospital where he breathed his last.
Similarly, 22-year-old Fazila, daughter of Liaqat Ali, the resident of chak 220-RB committed suicide over a domestic issue.
The police handed over both bodies to their relatives after necessary formalities.
