ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – A high ranking Indian official was also among those killed in a bomb attack in Afghan capital Kabul on August 8, claimed a renowned Pakistani journalist on Saturday.
According to Arshad Sharif, who also hosts a talk show powerplay on a private news channel, Deadly Kabul attack on August 8 claimed a high ranking India casualty. He however disclosed no further information about the identity and status of causality.

Sharif is said be a very well informed Pakistani journalist who often discloses facts related to armed forces and defense sector.
The claim yet remains to be verified by Pakistani and Afghan authorities.
Earlier Afghan President Ashraf Ghani had warned Pakistan after a series of bombings in Kabul. “We are receiving a message of war from Pakistan continuously,” he alleged.
A to level Afghan delegation also arrived in Islamabad to hold meeting with Pakistan counterpart to look for a way out to recent tensions between both countries.
