ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The nephew of former Senate chairman Mohammad Mian Soomro was killed while two sustained injuries during an exchange of fire between two groups in federal capital on Monday, local media reported.
According to police, the clash broke out between Raja Arshad and Malik Tariq group in Islamabad’s F-10 area on Monday’s morning.
The deceased was identified as Barrister Malik Fahad. He is said to be the nephew of ex-chairman Senate Muhammadmian Soomro. Malik Tariq hails from Gujar Khan and deals in wine also got injured during the clash.
The victim received four bullets; two in the face, one in the neck and one in the back, according to initial postmortem report.
No FIR has been filed as yet. Police said the exchange of fire was occurred due to the personal enmity.
