PESHAWAR – A blaze broke out at the offices of the state TV early Friday in Peshawar destroying equipment worth millions of rupees.
According to officials, the fire, which erupted at a part of the building housing state TV offices near Sadar area, has been extinguished by the firefighters. Around 30 firefighters with four fire tenders managed to douse the inferno.
The officials said that the blaze has hit the design section of the state TV building gutting the costly equipment.
The reason behind the massive fire is yet to be known.
