ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will be staging a power show in the city of Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab here on Sunday.
A 120m long stage has been erected as PTI chief Imran Khan will also address the gathering.He is expected to attack Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on the issue of Panama Leaks.
Arrangements for the gathering have been finalised at the cricket stadium.
Earlier, PTI South Punjab president Ishaq Khan Khakwani visited Dera Ghazi Khan to review the arrangements accompanied by former MNA Sardar Mohammad Saifuddin Khan Khosa, Ahmed Ali Khan Dareshak, Sardar Aatif Dareshak, Malik Iqbal Saqib and other office-bearers.
Extra security measures have been taken to avoid any mishap. Scores of police and law enforcement personnel have been deployed near the stage.
In a bid to extend the mass contact campaign further, PTI has finalised plans for demonstrating its strength in different cities of Punjab in January.
PTI chairman Imran Khan will also address a public gathering in Kasur on January 22 and another in Sahiwal on 29.
