LAHORE (Web Desk) – Awami Muslim League (AML) leader Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad on Friday filed reference in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the disqualification of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
Sheikh Rasheed stated that Nawaz should be disqualified as he hid his assets out of the country. AML leader also mentioned in the reference that the PM did not mention about his assets in the tax returns filed in 2013.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), had already filed references for the Prime Minister’s disqualification.
