ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry summoned Afghan Ambassador Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Pakistan Army’s Major Ali Jawad Changezi succumbed to his injuries at the Combined Military Hospital in Peshawar on Tuesday.
Pakistan lodged its protest over the martyrdom of Major Ali Jawad Changezi, who was killed in firing by the Afghan troops at Torkham border.
The Afghan government was urged to take immediate steps to bring this “unprovoked” firing to an end.
