Upcoming film Jhol is to star pop singer Ali Azmat alongside Urwa Hocane, according to media reports.
Directed by Shahid Shafaat, the movie also stars Bilal Ashraf and Salim Meraj in important roles. The movie will also feature Ayesha Omar performing in an item number.
It is suggested that Urwa rejected Bollywood biopic ‘Azhar’ as the dates of the shoot were clashing with this film, clearly giving preference to her role in Jhol. The film is set to release on Eid.
