Universities award over 5,500 PhD degrees during last 5 years

ISLAMABAD (APP) – The universities in the country have awarded more than 5,500 PhD degrees during last five years.

According to Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, a total of about twenty five thousand eight hundred fresh students were enrolled in Ph.D while one hundred and eighty thousand students in MS/MPhil programmes in the universities during the said period.
