ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Pakistan Post Department Wednesday issued a commemorative ticket to pay rich tribute to the martyrs as nation marked one year of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar massacre in which 151 people were killed.
The special postal ticket carried a line “Zindagi Shama Ki Soorat Hou Khudhaya Meri” of Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s couplets from his famous poem “Labb Pay Ati Hai Dua Ban Kay Tamanna Meri.”
According to a statement, the Pakistan Post honours the great sacrifices of APS martyrs and their families wishing that their spilled blood doesn’t go in vain.
