KARACHI – Seeing your children get married and off to a happy new start is every parent’s wish. Getting married in a traditional, hip setting is every woman/ man’s wish too. Be it a church, a mosque, a temple, a fancy place, every one wants to make their big day special.
But, getting married in jail? That is something completely new!
In an exclusive given by Dunya News, a local prisoner in Karachi was serving his sentence at District Malir Jail, and his daughter was about to get married. Upon his request, he got to be a part of his daughter’s big day and the bride and groom got to say their wedding vows and celebrate their wedding inside jail.
Infact, the whole jail got involved in the celebrations in a full-on wedding style.
It is very sweet to see a father getting his wish and being a part of his daughter’s big day.
