TEHRAN (Web Desk) – At least two young men were killed and two another were seriously wounded in a gun attack at an event marking the religious festival of Shia sect in Dezful city of Iran.
According to media reports unidentified assailants in a car approached a crowd and opened fire at around 2230 (1900 GMT) on Friday night.
The deceased have been identified as Hossein Karimi Yeganeh, aged 28, and Bahman Rezaie, aged 25.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
A similar attack took place at a Saudi Arabia as well on Friday night, where a gunman killed five worshippers before being killed by the police. Islamic State group claimed responsibility for that attack.
