QUETTA (Web Desk) – At least five suspected people were held in Quetta area of Rindgarh during a combing operation by Frontier Corps (FC) on Saturday.
Meanwhile, a terrorist attack was foiled by FC Balochistan and other Intelligence agencies.
According to FC spokesman, FC Balochistan and police force launched a combing operation in the Rindgarh area of Quetta and arrested five suspects. Investigations are underway with them.
The FC and other security agencies recovered and defused a 10-kg IED strapped with a detonator and pressure button in Goth Maswani located in the Dera Bugti area of Sui.
According to official sources, FC arrested an Afghan national, Habibullah, and Jihadi literature was confiscated from him during security check in the Quetta area of Hazar Ganji.
