MUMBAI – The title of a much talked about film by Karan Johar’s title has been revealed. Titled Kalank, the Dharma Productions’ film will be directed by Abhishek Varman and the star cast includes Madhuri Dixit (replacing Sridevi), Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha.

As reported by Times of India, Kalank is a period drama set in the 1940s. Interestingly, the film will show Pakistan too in the cinematic sequences.
KJo’s father Yash Johar is said to have a hands on research with the project – even travelling to Lahore to recreate a magical Pakistan of the 40s.
‘Kalank’ is slated to release on April 19, 2019.
