ISLAMABAD (Online) – Two groups of PML-N in Faisalabad are in a tug of war for securing the slot of home minister of Punjab.
Sources said State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali and his father Chaudhry Sher Ali have apprised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif about their concerns saying if home ministry is given to Rana Sanaullah he will make the life of political rivals miserable.
Chaudhry Sher Ali, during a public gathering, had alleged Sana of being involved in target killings.
Sanaullah has already been famous for having a close nexus with banned outfits.
Rana Sanaullah is making all out efforts to be reappointed as home minister. He is considered highly trusted due to his closeness with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

On Sunday, Punjab home minister Colonel (retd) Shuja Khanzada, along with twenty others, was killed in a suicide attack at his political office in Shadi Khan near Attock.

The source told, that the final decision about the Punjab Home Ministry will be taken by Nawaz Sharif who will take into confidence his all associates and establishment before taking any decision.
