LAHORE (Web Desk) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday announced not to create regional benches across Punjab.
As per details, a full court bench of the LHC headed by Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah heard a case regarding establishment of regional benches in five divisions of the province.
The bench unanimously passed the verdict that no further bench of the court would be established as the number of judges will be limited to 60 instead of 100.
