ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Islamabad police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against a three-year-old child in the land-grabbing and theft case.
As per details, Shalimar Police Station registered a case against the child for his alleged involved in the crime in sector F-10. He is accused of grabbing land of a plaza and stealing its property.
On Saturday, the infant’s family approached the court to secure a bail before arrest for the toddler. Upon seeing the matter the court expressed its displeasure over the police’s blunder.
The court summoned the Station House Officer and the investigation officer on the 7th of January 2016 to appear before the court to explain their position.
