Priyanka Chopra is making waves all around the world with her talent, and now she has made India proud again. This time the former Miss World managed to bag the People’s Choice Award for the second time for her role in Quantico.
Last year she won the trophy in the category of ‘New TV Series’ for her role in Quantico. 2017 is her third year in the TV industry outside India.
The diva was recovering from a concussion after a minor injury on the sets of Quantico; now she might be all fine after taking home the trophy.
“I’m euphoric being a drama queen, and this is how it is done. Thank you to the people, like everyone has been saying, this has been an incredible journey. Every single woman that was nominated with me today, all these amazing actresses were the reason I joined television. They were the reason that I wanted to be the actor that I am here today, receiving this award and being in the same category as them. It’s just so overwhelming. Thank you to all of you who have accepted me and loved my show. I’m just really psyched. Can I like do a little wiggle? I’m sorry. It’s the concussion talking but thanks you so much, and it means the world to me,” Priyanka said as she accepted her trophy
