RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – Director General Inter-services public relation Major General Asim Bajwa refuted the question about Pakistan army’s capability to deal with militants ‘indiscriminately’ by saying that asking such questions are insult to Pakistanis and Pakistan army.
During an interview at CNN army’s spokesperson explained that the whole nation was now united against terrorism and the supporters of the evil, and at the same time army has a clear policy to eradicate militancy without favoring the good and fighting the bad. In fact there is no concept of good or bad now, he added.
Answering another question Bajwa said that we are after the phenomena of terrorism, militancy in any form will end now.
While talking about the actions taken by Pakistan army against militant he said that world only needs to look at the performance of our organizations whereas after attack on army public school in Peshawar the fight against terrorism has attained a national support. We will fight till the last terrorist lives to get our job done, he emphasized.
Asim Bajwa explained protested for much noise on acts of terrorism in Pakistan by saying that this is a global subject now.
The military spokesperson also said that “it is very difficult to guarantee that nothing of this kind happens anywhere in the world. We just saw what happened in Paris. We have seen school shootouts in places like America also”.
He wished that the good will relationship with Afghanistan which started once again after the formation of new democratic government lasts for unending time.
