‘Sultan’ becomes 3rd highest Hindi grosser

MUMBAI – Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Sultan continued its record-breaking run on the 14th day since release at the box office and still gripped audiences, with a fall of only less than 10% from Monday’s viewership figures.

Khan’s “Sultan” has now become the third highest Hindi grosser of all time. It is bested only by the earnings of ‘PK’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, which are likely to remain the Top 2 highest grossing Bollywood films of all time.

The Salman Khan flick will end its 2nd week with net box office collections of about 277 crores. It will need to earn another 23 crores from in its 3rd week and onwards to cross the 300 crore mark.
