LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has said that there is a high chance for the month of Ramazan to begin on (Tuesday) June 7.
According to PMD, the Ramazan moon is expected to be seen on June 6, 1437 A.H, and the holy month will start on June 7 (Tuesday).
Formal announcement of the moon sighting, however, will be made by Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman, the Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
The committee is likely to meet on Monday (June 6) after Asr prayers at the building of Pakistan Meteorological Department Karachi (Met Complex).
