ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has congratulated Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s workers on winning the 2016 Azad Jammu & Kashmir general elections.
In a statement, the PM said that the party’s victory in AJK proved that the nation wants democracy in the country. He also announced to visit Muzaffarabad today after Friday prayers.
Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz, daughter of PM Nawaz Sharif, also tweeted in response to the PML-N victory.
