ISLAMABAD – Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan said on Sunday that he was ready to oblige Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf over the Panama papers case.
The lawmaker however confirmed that PTI did not contact him in this regard.
Aitzaz also detailed about the letter of Qatari prince and said that if the Qatari prince appeared in the Supreme Court (SC) in the PanamaLeaks case and presented himself in defence of the prime minister and his children, he would have to face tough questions.
He claimed that at persent, the letter from Qatar was no more than a piece of paper,
Regarding the Qatari prince’s statement on prime minister’s London flats, the legislator said that the government was coming up with more and more new things each day.
“Where did the Qatari prince come from? Until the prince appears before the court, his letter means nothing,” Ahsan said.
“The prince would not be able to withstand even 10 questions in the court,” he added.
