ABU DHABI – Pakistan’s star batsman Younis Khan is all set to reach the 10,000 runs mark in Test cricket as he made another test century in second test match of the three match series against West indies in Abu Dhabi here on Friday. .
The 38-year-old while playing his 109th match proved his ability once again by rescuing the team at the staggering position of 42-2.
This is his 33rd Test ton and with one more century, Khan will find himself at the number fifth spot of the player with most Test Hundreds.
There have only been 12 batsmen in cricket’s history to have scored past 10,000 runs in Tests, Khan being the only Pakistani to have scored 30+ Test hundreds is all set to expand the list.
