RAWALPINDI (Staff Report) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif Monday left for Qatar on one-day official tour.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army chief will hold meeting with top military officials of Qatar during the visit. The trip is aimed at strengthening military-to-military relationship of two states.
The trip comes just days after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s Qatar visit when Pakistan and Qatar signed historic deal of LNG import.
