KARACHI (Staff Report) – Following the death of a 10-month old girl due to security protocol of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto and Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah at Karachi Civil Hospital, people are expressing their anger and immense grief over the tragic incident.
The PPP leadership was there at the hospital to inaugurate a trauma centre.

10-month-old Bisma died on the way to the hospital as the hospital doors were closed due to the security protocol.

Doctors confirmed that the death was a result of delay in bringing the child to the emergency.

Bismah’s father told the reporters that his daughter was suffering from a breathing illness and he was rushing to the hospital but the security guards did not allow him inside. He expressed their angst over the incident and demanded justice from the government.

On the other hand, former president Asif Ali Zardari has taken the notice of the incident and sought a report. He also directed Qaim Ali Shah not to hold such events in hospitals.
