Prof Dr Tayyab appointed principal Ameer ud Din Medical College

LAHORE – Renowned Gynecologist Prof Muhammad Tayyab has been appointed Principal of Ameer ud Din Medical College (PGMI) and the Punjab government has issued a notification in that regard.

He would also be the Principal of Lahore General Hospital, Nursing College, Allied Health Sciences School and Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences.

Prof Tayyab remained the best graduate of Nishtar Medical College, Multan, FCPS, FRCOG, FRCS, MRCP, MCPS and Best Winner of University teacher award by Higher Education Commission 2005.

He is Current Councilor CPSP and served as AP in Lahore General Hospital in 2008-9, as well.

Talking in this regard, Prof Tayyab said he believed in teamwork and would put all his efforts to get
best possible results in each institution.

He said every staff member should work with full zeal and fervor, adding more doctors were needed for the general public and students of Ameer ud Din Medical College would be equipped with the latest medical educational facilities.

He appealed senior professors and doctors to especially cooperate so that the best possible results could be attained.

Senior Professor and Doctors of Lahore General Hospital have congratulated Prof Dr Tayyab on his joining as Principal and offered their all-out cooperation in every department.
