AWARAN (Web Desk) – At least 12 individuals have been left injured as a bomb blast hit Awaran district of Balochistan here on Wednesday.
According to media reports, the injured were shifted to hospital where five of them were believed to be in a serious condition.
Frontier Constabulary (FC) and police have cordoned off the area for preliminary investigations.Reportedly, the blast was triggered through a time device in a major market area of the district.
Awaran blast is the third blast in Balochistan during the current month. A deadly blast in Quetta on August 8 left over 70 people dead.
Top civil-military leadership of the country decided to launch combing operations after the attack. Multiple arrests have been made during search operations after the Quetta carnage.
