Pakistan Stock Exchange crosses 50000 points for first time in history

KARACHI – The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed bullish trend on Tuesday as Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100-Index crossed a landmark 50000 points for the first time in history.

At the end of the trading day on Monday, the KSE-100 index closed at 49,876 following an increase of 511 points.

However, with an increase of 150 points on Tuesday, the index crossed 50000 points suggesting a conducive environment for investors and businessmen.

Economic expert Muhammad Sohail while talking to Geo News expressed the view that the news regarding the historic uphill trend in country’s stock market was definitely amazing.

‘”he trend will continue in the days to come,” asserted Muhammad Sohail.
