QUETTA – At least 10 people were killed and some 20 others injured in a deadly traffic accident in Balochistan’s Chaghai district on Tuesday evening.
The accident took place in Laghap area, 12 kilometres away from Dalbandin, the Dawn News reported.
According to levies officials, a Taftan bound passenger bus from Quetta collided with a trailer coming from the opposite side. Subsequently, four people died on the spot, whereas another four succumbed to their injuries on their way to a local hospital.
The injured, including women and children, were shifted to Dalbandin hospital for medical treatment. An emergency was imposed in Dalbandin hospital.
The seriously injured patients were shifted to Quetta for further treatment.
