Karachi (Staff Report) – The first phase of Karachi Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) is expected to be launched next month to provide modern transport facility to the commuters.
According to officials, the Green Line project will be completed with an estimated cost of 16.85 billion rupees to be funded by the federal government.
The government has already released a major portion of the estimated cost to expedite implementation of the project.
The officials said the provincial government is also trying to execute its Orange line project. Both the projects are expected to be completed in one year.
