LAHORE – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Sunday announced the 16-member squad for ODI series against West Indies.
According to the statement, Azhar Ali will lead the team while wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmad will serve as vice-captain. Batsman Asad Shafiq has also been included in the ODI squad after a long time.
Other players included in the squad are: Sharjeel Khan, Shoaib Malik, Imad Waseem, Umar Akmal, Wahab Riaz, Hassan Ali, Sohail Khan, Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Muhammad Amir, Rahat Ali, Muhammad Nawaz and Yasir Shah.
Pakistan and West Indies are scheduled to play three-match ODI series in United Arab Emirates (UAE) starting from September 30. The remaining two games will be played on October 2 and 5 respectively.
