KARACHI – Usman Mobeen, Chairman National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) made unannounced visits to various branch centres, joining queques just like any normal citizen would, and took action against the staffer causing problems for common man.
According to the spokesperson, Usman Mobeen suspended two officers at the site office after he observed them causing unnecessary problems for citizens; with teh staff refusing to issue a Computerised National Identity Card to a resident from Larkana. He also observed that two counters were unmanned and the staff also returned the chairman’s application.
The chairman also listened to the complaints of citizens and assured that everything will be sorted out.
Usman Mobeen said, “Strict action will be taken against those causing trouble to citizens visiting the (NADRA) centres.”
