Ireland lifts the strict abortion ban and people are celebrating it

People in Ireland are now celebrating history, on Friday, May 25, people of Ireland repeal the Eight amendment of the constitution which ended the strict abortion ban according to Washington post reports. According to post all the votes were counted early on Saturday.  2 million participated in the vote and majority voted yes (meaning they want to end the ban).

Due to this repeal the parliament will have to pass a new law which will be in the favor of abortion. People in Ireland are now celebrating this ground changing moment. This new law will give more authority to women to choose and pick what’s best for them.
