The minister also mentioned the ‘House of Switzerland’ in his tweet, calling for action against the Baloch Republican Party while registering his protest publically.

Days after the tweet, the ‘House of Switzerland’ managed by Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA replied that the matter was being taken up seriously.

“We inform you that the Swiss government is currently in touch with Pakistan’s authorities regarding this,” the tweet added.

It is relevant to mention that Switzerland’s city Geneva is of prime importance in the purview of Balochistan as scores of activists claiming to be fighting for Baloch people are based in the city.

Earlier, abanner calling for ‘Free Balochistan’ popped up in the same city following which Pakistan took up the issue with the Swiss authorities, however, they responded that this was not a violation of Swiss law.

Recently on Monday, ads voicing support for the liberation of Kashmir and Indian states Manipur, Tripura and Nagaland were also displayed.
